Full-scale preventative care for cats and dogs

Dr Blout is a local girl. After Geibel Catholic High School and St Vincent College, she pursued her life's dream of becoming a veterinarian at the University Of Pennsylvania School Of Veterinary Medicine in Philadelphia. Upon graduation, she decided to come back to her roots and practice in her hometown. She enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine but particularly wants to educate clients on how best help their pets. Dr Blout participates in numerous continuing education platforms to keep herself up to date with the most current treatment modalities. Patients are a priority, but when "off the clock" she spend time with her husband, family, friends and an assortment of pets.

Before becoming a part time receptionist for Blout Veterinary, Judy owned and operated her own business for 43 years before she thought it was time to retire. It didn't take her long to realize retirement was not for her. Her love of animals and karma brought her out of retirement. Judy loves her job and the staff she works with, but mostly loves the interaction with the animals and to see the compassion, dedication, care and help that is given every single day by each and every one at the clinic. In her free time, Judy makes whimsical wreaths and decorations for the clinic to give clients an enjoyable view while they wait
